On Arrival:
You disposes the cottage/room from 3 o'clock PM. Remember to bring your Confirmation. Full payment upon check-in. If you will arrive later than 8 o'clock PM (Sept-April, 5 o'clock PM) please, let us know in good time.
Please note that sheets, towels and cleaning are not included in the fee!
On Departure
The key is delivered in the reception when your room(-s) have been cleaned. You should have checked out by 11 o'clock AM.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes are to be reported at least 7 days before scheduled date of arrival. If you have reserved more than 10 objects, you must report any changes at least one month in advance.
Please note that you will be charged for one night if you do not show up and has failed to cancel your reservation! If we do not hear from you during the first 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
Complaints
If you wish to register a complaint, you should submit that to us as soon as possible, so that we have a chance to fix it for you during your stay.
Early Departure
We do not refund any money if you should check out earlier, unless you have become ill, and can present a medical certificate.
