Stage 3

In this third stage, the disabled person is integrated, on an individual basis, into workplaces on the employment market. With this comes personal prospects and a stronger right to live the same kind of lifes as most other people, in interaction with others. With a wide variety of jobs, a broad spectrum of experiences is gained, increasing involvement in society and providing the basis for future employment. Jobs are available in, for example transportation, offices and manufacturing.

One of our aims is "letting go" - offering the individual the opportunity to become an independent person in order to take part in society on his or her own terms.
